[00:01] At rock bottom, I spent 8 weeks of my life filling journal pages with the same lines over and over again just because TikTok told me to. And none of it worked. And then when I tried to learn more, every manifestation video would just be promising me the missing piece. Well, this isn't that.

[00:20] I realized there's no missing piece. There's just a machine — and most people would have no idea how it works. That's all. And that journaling thing, it was Tesla's 3-6-9. It was all over TikTok at the time and I was fully invested in it. Thankfully, things have gotten better. For some reason, a lot of us have lived in this hypocrisy where we want to be chilling, doing nothing at all, and having life happen to us.

[00:48] And then when we're told, "Yeah, that's basically the truth" — we start panicking and making up some weird rituals for things. When I was still learning this stuff, one of the coaches would say, "Yeah, you can basically just dance in the rain and have that become your ritual." And you know what? A lot of us would immediately hop on that thought.

[01:09] Like the more unknown and disturbing the technique is, the more it's willing to change us. If you want a popular example, look into the movie from A24. It took me several months to finally deduce why and the significance of doing these weird actions before you reality-hop. Or in the case of the movie, they downloaded other timelines' abilities.

[01:27] I understood manifesting enough at the time, but it's only now that it becomes a real cosmic joke. You're literally making a fool of yourself so that you loosen your mental noggin a little bit. Like when you're all serious and worried about something, so a joke will help you relax and ease up a little bit.

[01:54] Anyhow, it pains me to see people pursuing techniques so aggressively. Then when things finally work, people are dead set on all this hassle. For me, I went from 100 hours of subliminals a week to like pages of nonsense scripting. This was from college when I first landed on this stuff. Several books later, I educated myself and saw all the BS.

[02:16] Finally, stuff started working. I'm not going to walk through it step by step, but instead crash course your entire existence into the sublime. Think of it as walking through the Truman Show and out past the Matrix — just slower.

[02:36] My first real breakthrough to manifesting was from reading Neville Goddard. I mean, before it was Joe Dispenza and Joseph Murphy, but those just had me laying in bed staring at the ceiling going schizo for no reason, hours a day, trying to do these mental movies or whatever you call it.

[02:57] But from Neville Goddard, he really changed the game. I recommend you starting here. You can't get into advanced magic until you start seeing it for yourself. And it's pretty simple.

[03:11] Remember this as the ladder exercise. Neville would often host seminars for free to teach people, and he would jump-start them with his famous ladder exercise. It's a two-step process. One: you spend all your waking day saying to yourself, reminding yourself, that "I will not climb a ladder." Then at night, about 5 to 10 minutes before you think about going to sleep — or maybe even a few moments before you knock out — just lay there with eyes closed and imagine yourself climbing a ladder.

[03:48] Try to imagine with all five senses or so. It doesn't matter. Nothing really matters that much. So stop over-stressing about this. Do that ladder exercise. Do it daily and just go about your week. I say give it 1 or 2 weeks — maybe a month, who knows. Just don't expect too much. Leave it be. And do this SATS practice for a little bit.

[04:18] This ladder exercise is the foundation of his most successful techniques I've ever seen. Behind my notebook, of course. This ladder exercise is essentially what the community calls SATS. Which, before you ask, has nothing to do with the exams. It stands for State Akin to Sleep. The state in who you're being right before sleep. And if you look through history, you'll see other famous people — it's sometimes called the hypnagogic sleep or the hypnagogic stage.

[04:44] This is the weird phase before you drift into deep slumber. And in this stage, your mind — or sense of self — or your consciousness starts to detach and loosen the rules of reality. You hover in this void of potential. It's nothing too fancy and it may seem mystical compared to your waking reality. But we're just starting out here.

[05:15] So Neville primarily used this technique and he loved teaching it. Me, personally — I love it too. I've stuck with it for a good 2 to 3 years. I've done nearly everything with it and it's a good blend of non-effort, fun, and creative. So what you want to do is save the last few waking moments before you sleep for imagining things.

[05:41] Like, I know you went your entire day in dread or anxiety about something — but for like just 10 minutes out of your entire 24 hours, can you just leave everything alone? Spare yourself 10 minutes. Like, I promise, 10 minutes of not worrying won't end you.

[06:00] In these reserved moments, start bringing up images, sensations, or the feelings of things associated with what you're desiring or intending for. So let's not go life or death right here. I know you got your wizard cap on now and you feel the rush, but hold on, cowboy. We're just going to play around with this so you don't fireball yourself.

[06:23] So in SATS, go for things that feel light and fun right now. My favorite: weather, parking spaces, traffic. They're all some quality of life patches that you need to update in your firmware right now. Or maybe you slightly were craving something — imagine that as well. Take this time to be autistic. Yes, and artistic as well. Both work.

[06:47] Just go crazy and start painting these scenes in your mind. You probably haven't used this side of yourself for years, so your images may all be black and white. Or you maybe haven't imagined forever, so it's just emptiness. No worries. I used to have aphantasia as well, and each time I try to imagine stuff, I just see total darkness. But hey, I still got what I wanted — so stop victimizing yourself. We'll get there.

[07:20] So imagine you're painting, and paint it with all your senses. Feel how it would be on your hands, your body. Smell the air and the emotions of the atmosphere. Hear sounds of whatever you think in that moment would relax you. Like I've heard some people's magical technique would just be imagining their friends calling them with good news. I mean, half of that is just stolen from Neville's suggestion of your friends and family come to you with good news. But it works.

[07:55] And the most important part — in case you have aphantasia, blind, mute, or even paralyzed — I got you too. It's to just do your SATS at night, focusing on the feelings inside your heart. Yeah, that little organ that feels the world and makes you all giggly inside. Try to feel it there, and just observe it. Enjoy it slowly like a meal.

[08:24] Waking manifestations: you just need to do your mental gym routines. I'm going to credit this to Brad, a guy from the subreddit Neville Goddard. He's a strict but honest coach. His practice of making a daily list really changed up the game. I know you're itching to do something. I can see your journal sitting there, waiting for you to crack it open and copy some weird symbol or sigil that will banish misfortune to the shadow realms.

[08:59] You can keep the journal open and hold on to your pen — but no symbols, nothing like that. We don't got to make this weird. The exercise and your daily homework is to make a list of five things. It can span from events to items to hearing something — anything.

[09:18] For each item on your list, take a quick 5-10 second moment to imagine it in your mind — eyes closed, full sensation of it happening. Like a quick, "Hmm, okay, I'm feeling a hairy tennis ball. It's yellow or something." And make sure on your list you start off by choosing things that are slightly unlikely to happen. Like if I'm saying something is 50/50 odds, choose something 60/40 — you're the 40. We're noobs right now, so don't start off with the lottery, some Lamborghini, a million dollar paycheck, or anything like that. I'm not saying that it won't happen, but that's not why we're here.

[09:53] We're here to train you into becoming a level 100 wizard. So for example, I might do something like: one — see a pineapple. Two — hear someone say "I'm hulking out." Three — see a pink car. Four — a friend calls me. Five — I smell fresh bread. Your list will seem random, yet they're oddly specific and a little unlikely. Like these events could happen — and on some days that you're not really intending for it.

[10:31] But when it happens and you're expecting it, that's the validation we're trying to build. 'Cause truth be told, you're all capable of going zero to 100 right now. But what you lack is trust in yourself and to properly understand the sensation and feelings around this. So make these and do not care about it.

[10:57] Leave it alone till the end of the day — like after you're unwinding or something. That's when you would mentally check in with yourself and walk through your day, remembering if each thing happened. By this point, it should be like, "Oh yeah, these things did happen" — and not a persistent clingy ex that's checking 24/7 through your day.

[11:25] Because through this list, you'll start to understand how to do the most with the least amount of effort and care. Notice how I didn't really tell you to do a rain dance or soak your balls in the moon. I do not want you to care at all. Like the only effort you need here is to come up with a new list every day. But every day and every week, you need to do your mental lifts.

[11:54] Do this list, check on it end of day, and then by the end of the week reflect on your accuracy. How many did I get this week? Did I improve over the week? Were any days different? What was I being differently that day? What was my mental state like? Like how you would train your body to get stronger by torturing yourself — which for some people really enjoy that, I don't know why.

[12:28] You also need to train your mind to distinguish between sensations and then fine-tune them. Think of it as like an artist training his eyes to see different colors, or a chef understanding flavors better so that he knows between the different spices. Mentally, you need to know when you're being a scared little — okay, that was a little too much.

[12:55] But in your mind, you need to be able to distinguish between anxious fear and the sensation of manifestation being done. Truthfully, there's not much difference. And as a beginner, you're basically a sloth factory producing trailing worries, one after another. I've heard people say, "But I do feel like I really, really, really have it." Believe me — and then follow up with some, "So when is it coming though?" This list helps with that.

[13:33] And a quiet disclaimer here: don't be too disappointed if none or only one thing happened from your list. You're a young wizard — like, relax. When I first started, it was only like two out of five things each day. Now, things happen within like 3 to 10 seconds if needed. I'm more surprised they don't.

[13:57] There's levels to this, and fortunately, zero limitations are keeping you from them. You'll progress as fast as you let yourself relax into this. The daily list exercise will get you familiar with the sensation of done around your desire. And you'll start to be able to notice the patterns inside.

[14:11] If I could, I would tell you how it feels exactly. But we're all different and unique here, so the sensation may vary. But importantly, you'll be able to establish this connection yourself. "Things should feel like this when it means it manifested" — is what you start to think to yourself.

[14:31] If you have a background in meditation or non-duality practices, it'll be easier to check in with yourself. But I'm trying to crash you through the roof to enlightenment here, so we don't have time to just sit and observe the observer. Would it help? Yes, for sure. I've done it for years on end, and it's great. Eventually, life just becomes a walking meditation and you don't need to sit down for that. But do you need it? Nah. You would just eventually end up doing it down the line naturally.

[15:15] In my third year or so, I was at the pinnacle of my techniques and really thought to myself: man, I really figured out reality now, huh? I can be and get anything. I got the best techniques ever. And then I go about my night, closing my eyes, having schizo visions like I'm a master wizard.

[15:48] But no — it just didn't feel right. The truth is: everything manifests in your life. So how the heck is everything else manifesting? The sun, the clouds, the birds that chirp, and what I eat or drink. Like mentally, I'm not planning all these things weeks ahead. I'm not going to sleep with thoughts of, "Okay, on June 8th, there'll be two birds chirping, some decent clouds near this area, but none of that area. The winds will be blowing perfectly at 4 mph, and I'll be having lettuce and tomato and ham and cheese for breakfast at precisely 7:00."

[16:25] And then the next day — no, no, I just can't do that. I know I joke about schizo, but manifesting like that would actually make me go coco for Cocoa Puffs.

[16:40] Fortunately, our good brother Neville Goddard spoke on this as well. "When I speak of feeling, I do not mean emotion, but acceptance of the fact that the desire is fulfilled. I assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled, and then my mind dominated by this single sensation, I go to sleep. I need do nothing to make it so, because it is so. My feeling of the wish fulfilled implies it is done."

[17:13] Neville was talking about the acceptance. It's a yes or no thing. Do you accept that it is done? Are you willing to drop this issue and never look back in it again? That's acceptance right there.

[17:27] It's not a full, "Oh yes, I'm comfortable right now and feeling secure enough to not think about it anymore." It's more of a "I don't really give a crap" attitude. It's already done. Why should I think about it more? It's like a stubbornness. It's the inner conviction. It's the state of your consciousness — or so to say, the texture of your awareness knowing it's done.

[17:51] It's a deep feeling of "it feels true" rather than "I wish it was true." It's something that happens on you rather than you reaching for it. You do not reach for this feeling. You do not search for it. It happens — and continuously coming onto you all over you. If this were to be a feeling, it wouldn't be the sensation of striving forward step-by-step for something. It is the feeling of falling backwards into it. Falling to a deep pit that has a sign saying: "Fulfillment down here only if you don't look back."

[18:42] Before this part, we were talking about techniques, scripting, affirmations, and SATS. Now we're in the big leagues. We're not dealing with the physical world anymore. You got to be a mental wizard now. So drop the wand. You don't need the magic words anymore, funny man.

[19:02] Right now, you should have done at least a month or more worth of your daily list and hopefully are hitting around three out of the five items each day. You can manifest a couple things — maybe not too fast, maybe not too accurately — but you have a slight sense of creator in your blood.

[19:21] At this stage, we're going to tune and refine that sense. You're moving beyond the outside world and we're going to stop relying on external sources. We're so low bolo now. This part of the crash course is purely on using your awareness and conjuring up realities through tuning and refining. Before, those techniques — the imagining, the funny list — they're all just carriers for the feeling.

[19:52] Like if you were traveling to your desired destination, those techniques were all just methods of transportation. Do I want to take the bus, plane, or boat? They all take you to where you want to be — which is the feeling of what you want. Reminder here: not the physical goal.

[20:13] So, to help you imagine, think of the physical world as symbols. To us, we can easily look at branches and leaves and then go, "Ah, a tree." But realistically, I want you to agree with me here — that is not a tree. That's something we just came to eventually call or associate with "tree." And sometimes we get weird-looking ones that look more like branches or stumps. We also get fences and we got papers too. And those are also basically trees — but we don't consider them though.

[20:52] And this relationship here is what I want you to focus on. Outside, we see and experience things. We mentally start connecting and associating it with stuff inside — like a matching pairing game. And then we establish concepts we feel confident to tie those things with.

[21:11] So we say, "It has bark, it has branches, it has leaves. It is a tree." And that's probably what we might think, but the feelings inside is what's important. Feelings inside might be a mix of calmness, rigid hardness, ease, and sensation of light-hearted life.

[21:32] We got the physical symbols, which is associated with internal sounds and phrases of "tree" — and we connect this to sensation of life, ease, structure, and groundedness. So we see something, associate it to a word "tree," and we feel something as a result. This small short example is the foundation of all things manifested.

[22:05] It is a pattern of symbols, concepts, and associated feelings that form reality. So for example, we see a flabby thick stomach — we may associate with "extra" and "not uniform." And because of that, we might think of the word "fat," which connects to a sensation of shame, inadequacy, and maybe some security for the emotional eaters.

[22:29] But even in this, you can see other connections — like "extra" and "disordered" may be connected to the feelings of discomfort and being overwhelmed. So practice this. And by practice, I mean try to self-reflect more and notice the existing connections already happening in your life. The meaning of these symbols change from people to people, so focus on yourself.

[22:56] For some, money may mean control and expression of self, while for others, money may represent security and ease. They're both fearful of money, yet their relation to it is unique. Sometimes people may share very similar associations, but these precise exactness won't be there. It's like arguing over a color.

[23:20] If you explore these connections, you'll be able to self-reflect and realize some things about yourself — and start to see beyond the matrix rather than trying to live in it. There's nothing wrong with living in it. That's the whole point of it. But if you get too caught up in it and loop into perpetuating suffering, it's terrible.

[23:43] So what does this mean for me? How am I going to get what I want? But wait — have you missed everything I said? I'm just kidding. I'm essentially saying here that what you experience and what you go through in your waking lives are constructed upon eternal feelings and connections between them.

[24:05] These feelings weren't always so complex — at a young age, you may have lived simpler lives. However, we're blessed with the ability to persist and expand ourselves. So by now, you probably have conjured up a whole complex web of meaning. Like you probably deeply believe that suffering means something good. And that's why you believe in effort and working towards your success, maybe.

[24:33] There's nothing wrong with this. You're free to feel and practice what you want. It's your life anyways. I'm just here to say there's an equally valid alternative way to live as well. Where you can just do fun things, live happily, and smile all the time if you wanted to. And things all end up in the best way ever.

[24:58] So here's the good stuff. Here's where we tie it all together. You did some mental imagining, you wrote some lists, and then your list started being magical — you gotten a lot of things predicted or conjured. And now you understand the feeling internally that produces these experiences. And hopefully you also noticed that when things were done, you stopped caring about the desire because mentally you were free from the burden of not having it.

[25:30] So what does that mean for us? How do we take all this mumble jumble and patch it together in some wizard reality-shifting lifestyle? You practice from the state of beliefs. You have to audit yourself and go through your current beliefs. What you choose to believe is how you approach your reality and your feelings.

[25:58] Belief is something you hold out of choice. Sure, you can say there's evidence, but let me save you the trouble: you choose it. You've probably seen plenty of situations where your beliefs were contradictory or just false in some instances — yet you still held onto that belief. From beliefs, you start judging and changing the texture of your awareness.

[26:27] From a big blob, you may feel at ease and relaxed. So you're able to let your mind expand and flow like waves in the ocean. But let's say if you believe in some outside forces fighting you, you may tighten up and draw mental boundaries to keep things at a distance. Your mind becomes rigid and suffocating.

[26:50] So it's not a matter of want and do not want that controls your life. It's not some complicated balance of "Oh, I have to be that person always happy and not wanting because I have it, right?" No — it's just a matter of: I do not need to stress about wanting or having it. I just enjoy my life in the best possible experience that comes with having it. I daydream and I'm excited about it.

[27:26] Remember here: life is not hard. Life does not require effort. And life is meant to be fun. So if you want a technique or an equation, it's: believe what you want things to be, plus feel the natural emotions coming from accepting that belief, and throw a middle finger to everything else that ruins it.

[27:52] You simply do not need to care. It's as simple as that. Believe you get money but feel anxiety — then you get money but be in some anxious situation. Believe you get money but this time you feel overjoyed and even overwhelmed — then you might get your money where it's simply too much to count. And then maybe if you get money and angry, then it might mean that somehow it's taken away from you.

[28:20] But if you believe that people always take from you, then that's how it'll probably connect together. There's a lot more intricacies around reality and its mechanism, but they're all just fun additional details. You end up figuring them out and noticing them anyways as you practice this more.

[28:43] I'll upload some more videos explaining some of them, but the meat of everything is basically all here. Watch through this a couple more times. This is basically how I would have speed-run my journey. I say it'll take 3 to 6 months to learn everything if you really care about it wholeheartedly like me. And for me, it was around 5 years — but I base it like fine wine or smelly cheese, I guess. Same thing. Tomato, potato.

[29:12] For additional recommended readings, I'll share some of my favorite books in the description.
